How to make it

  • Combine flour, corn meal, half of the Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  • Melt butter in shallow baking dish. D
  • redge cod in flour mixture; place in dish. Turn cod to coat with butter; sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 450 F 8 to 10 minutes or until cod flakes easily when tested with a fork.

    This was pretty good. I wanted it to be a bit browner than it turned out, but that didn't affect the taste. Added my picture, too. A bit more in IMI

    Turned out to be a new favorite! I broiled it a bit to brown up the top the last 5 mins of cooking time.
