    This was pretty good. It could have used a bit more flavor in the breading. Maybe some lemon pepper or garlic powder or something else. It didn't brown up so I flipped it over which (duh) kinda ruined the Parmesan topping. I made two pieces and I did eat the other as well though. Tasty enough for seconds. :)
