What are sirloin tips? Here in South Africa our cuts of meat are different.

I am so late getting back, Michelle - and I apologize. I made these last week as planned and your Dijon Sirloin Tips were a total hit! I served them over the hot noodles with a side of lemon-spritzed and salted roasted asparagus spears and a simple salad. A memorable meal in many ways...it was like a delectable trip down memory lane. Thanks again, hon! *hugs*

I'm reporting back with a big ole 5 stars! It's important to splurge a little and get the good sirloin...it was melt in you mouth tender. Personally, I think this would be good over brown rice too. All ingredients were the perfect amount, I didn't have to do any adjusting for taste.
