- Serves 12
creamy pudding cake with a crust of vanilla wafers and banana filling
Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla wafers shopping list
- 2 large boxes of cook and serve pudding ( i use chocolate) shopping list
- 6 large bananas shopping list
- coconuts and chopped nuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pudding according to directions (let cool slightly)
- Line a 13 x 9 pan with vanilla waffers
- Spread a layer of sliced bananas over cookies
- Spread 1/2 the pudding over bananas
- Repeat layers ending with the pudding
- Sprinkle with coconut and / or chopped nuts
- Keep refrigerated
- ENJOY!!!
