Ingredients

1 Tbl olive or vegetable oil

1 tsp red wine vinegar

1/8 tsp salt

¼ tsp coarse ground pepper

1 medium tomato, chopped

¼ C sliced green onions

1 (15.5 oz.) can great northern beans

drained and rinsed

Directions

In medium bowl, combine oil vinegar, salt and pepper: blend well.

Add tomato, onions and beans: stir gently until well blended

Cover chill at least an hour

It may be drained before serving but this is optional
