Modenese Pork Chops

- 4 T. butter shopping list
- 4 pork chops (1 inch thick) shopping list
- ½ cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- ½ tsp crushed dried rosemary shopping list
- 2 cloves of minced garlic shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Cook chops in butter, turning once to brown evenly.
- Pour in wine, and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until the chops are tender. Transfer pork chops to serving plates, and spoon sauce over the meat.
