A delicious appetizer that takes just a slight amount off grill or broil time for the baguette slices.

Ingredients
  • 8- 1/2 inch-thick slices La Brea Baguette
  • 2 cups snow crab meat from the legs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon horseradish
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped chives
  • Freshly ground pepper

Directions
  1. Grill the bread until the bread is golden brown. In a mixing bowl combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and 2 teaspoons of the chives. Season to taste with pepper. Spread each crisp with one-eighth of the crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chives, and serve.
