Crabmeat Crostini

A delicious appetizer that takes just a slight amount off grill or broil time for the baguette slices.
Ingredients
- 8- 1/2 inch-thick slices La Brea baguette shopping list
- 2 cups snow crab meat from the legs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- ½ teaspoon horseradish shopping list
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped chives shopping list
- Freshly ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Grill the bread until the bread is golden brown. In a mixing bowl combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and 2 teaspoons of the chives. Season to taste with pepper. Spread each crisp with one-eighth of the crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chives, and serve.
