Spinach Squares Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Put butter in 9x13" baking dish and melt in oven. Remove. Beat eggs well. Add flour,milk,salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add cheese,spinach and onion. Mix well. Bake for 35 mins.
  • May be frozen.

    I fixed this tonight with sashimi tuna steaks. Danny said this is definitely a KEEPER!!!!!!!! He gave Dino a bite and he kept begging for more and more and more. So humans aren't the only ones who love this recipe!!!!!!!!

    Doggone!!!!!! I didn't get any cheddar cheese this morning!!!!!!! I do have some Drunk Goat cheese. Think that will work?
