Ingredients

4 Tbs butter

3 eggs

1 cup flour1 cup milk

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking powder

3/4 lb. mild cheddar cheese,grated

2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach,thawed and drained

1 small onion,chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Put butter in 9x13" baking dish and melt in oven. Remove. Beat eggs well. Add flour,milk,salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add cheese,spinach and onion. Mix well. Bake for 35 mins.

May be frozen.
