Steakhouse Shepards Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

2 small onions chopped

1 can mushrooms

1 small jar of A1 steaksauce

1 cup of beef broth

instant mashed potatoes (enough for 8 people)

1/2 sour cream

1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Directions

cook ground beef and chopped onions in skillet. drain fat

add can of mushrooms (with liquid), beef broth and steak sauce

simmer for 10 minutes

prepare instant mashed potatoes

add sour cream and bleu cheese to potatoes and combine well

spoon meat and sauce into 13 x 9 x2 pan

smooth mashed potatoes onto top

bake for 30 minutes
