Snap Peas with Radishes

- 1 Tbls. oil shopping list
- 1 lb. snap peas about 5-1/3 cup ( swap green beans for snap peas, just add another 3 minutes cooking time, if you want) shopping list
- 5 radishes, halved, about 1 cup shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tbls. fresh dill, chopped shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest shopping list
How to make it
- In 12'' non stick skillet, heat oil over med.-high heat.
- Add peas and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly soften, 4 minutes.
- Add radishes and salt, cook untill heated through, 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Toss with dill and lemon zest.
