This was a rather plain crab casserole that I spiced up. I don't remember how I came by the recipe, but it is nothing like the original.

Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 C. milk
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. herbed season stuffing
- 1 med onion, chopped
- ½ C. green bell pepper, chopped
- ½ C. red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T. parsley
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1 C. Colby-jack cheese, shredded
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except cheese together and spoon into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 min.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for 5 min.
- Serve with salad and a crusty french bread.

I made the dish last night and it was to die for. I had some leftover shrimp so I added it to the casserole. Very tasty. I'll be making this one often. Thanks for a great recipe. :)
