Crab Casserole Recipe
This was a rather plain crab casserole that I spiced up. I don't remember how I came by the recipe, but it is nothing like the original.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. herbed season stuffing
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • ½ C. green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ C. red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T. parsley
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1 C. Colby-jack cheese, shredded

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese together and spoon into a greased casserole dish.
  2. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 min.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for 5 min.
  4. Serve with salad and a crusty french bread.

I made the dish last night and it was to die for. I had some leftover shrimp so I added it to the casserole. Very tasty. I'll be making this one often. Thanks for a great recipe. :)
