The Olive Oyl

- 3 cups of V-8 juice or tomato juice shopping list
- 1 can of black olives, drained-save the liquid in the can shopping list
- (measure and save 1/3 cup of the liquid) shopping list
- 2 stalks of celery shopping list
- 1/2 of a medium white onion, slice 1/2 onion for the topping shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- Tabasco sauce shopping list
- vodka shopping list
- ice cubes shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, combine the V-8 juice or tomato juice with the drained olives, celery and white onion.
- Blend until well combined.
- Add liquid from the can of olives and stir.
- Add 1/2 cup of Vodka and a few dashes of Tabasco
- Serve over ice cubes with a slice or two of the onion in the glass.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- We don't use the vodka and add some horseradish to the drink for more a zestier flavor. You can add as much alcohol as you like!
