How to make it

  • Chop all of the vegetables into bite size pieces and set aside in a zip lock bag.
  • In a seperate bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, basil, sugar, pepper, dried mustard, salt and garlic powder.
  • Pour sauce over the vegetables in the zip lock bag and shake to combine.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Before serving, mix in the crumbled feta cheese.
