  • Preheat oven to 350. In lg bowl,mix cream cheese,pepper jack cheese,eggs and corn.. arrange chipson lg. rimmed baking sheet and place 1 tsp. corn mixture in eack Bake until the filling sets,about 20 mins.. Sprinkle the corn bites with the chives or cilantro. Serve warm.
