LIGHT ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD Recipe
PREFECT SALAD AS A SIDE OR MAIN DISH.

  • DRESSING:
  • 1/3 C SUGAR
  • 3/4 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 PEPPER
  • 1/3 C CIDER VINEGAR
  • 2 TBS OIL
  • SALAD:
  • 6 C FINELY SHREDDED CABBAGE
  • 1 1/2 C COOKED CHICKEN BREAST
  • ( I USE TYSON BREADED CHICKEN TENDERS) COOKED & DICED)
  • 3 GREEN ONION, THINLY SLICED
  • 1 ( 3OZ ) PKG RAMEN NOODLE SOUP MIX
  • 3 TBS SLICED ALMONDS, TOASTED
  • 2 TBS SESAME SEEDS, TOASTED

Directions
  1. 1) IN BLENDER, ADD ALL DREDDING INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL
  2. 2) IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CABBAGE, CHICKEN AND ONION: TOSS
  3. 3)CRUMBLERAMEN NODDLES, DISGARD SEASONING PACKET. ADD NOODLES, ALMONDS AND SESAME SEEDS TO SLAW MIXTURE. ADD DRESSING. TOSS TO COAT. ENJOY
