How to make it

  • Medium skillet fry bacon intil crisp, drain, and crumble into bits.
  • peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • place in large enough pot with enough water to cover and bring to boil.
  • reduce to moderate heat and cook until tender for about 10 mins.
  • drain and let cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, horseradish, pepper, and salt and stir till well blended
  • add the crumbled bacon, potatoes, and pimentos and toss until blended once again
  • cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

    Great recipe for a potato salad! Thanks for sharing it. If you want to really put a bigger kick in this, there's something out there called "Atomic" Horseradish. It'll bring tears to your eyes if you like hot horseradish. It'll also clear your sinuses! lol Thanks!
