This is the jelly that I used to love as a child but couldn't find it anywhere. So I decided to make my own! Spread this on some home-made biscuits or toast. Lena eats this every morning for breakfast on a waffle sandwich!

I made this last summer! I kept the last jar for a couple of months, and, though it was good when I first made it, it was fantastic after chilling in the fridge that long! I thought I'd try it with a few diced apples in it next time.
