Ingredients
  • 1 Pint cooked,mashed squash
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/2 C. cornmeal
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Onion optional

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spoon into skillet with hot oil and cook until brown.
  3. Serve while hot.
