We didn't know what to call this one...My husband came up with this idea and it's really good. Something quick when you buy that rotisserie chicken at the store and you want to dress it up. How much you make depends on how many are eating,

Ingredients
  • Pieces of baked chicken(Rotisseri chickens work great!)
  • steamed broccoli crowns(about 2)
  • cooked angel hair pasta for 3 - 4 people
  • 1 or 2 jars of Ragu light Alfredo sauce

Directions
  1. Combine the chicken, broccoli and angel hair pasta in a large non-stick skillet. Add the alfredo sauce and mix it up. Add the alfredo sauce to your liking. We like to use the whole jar. Sometimes my husband cooks too many noodles and we add the other jar of sauce. Really tasty and quick.

This sounds really good and easy. I buy Rotisseri Chicken all of the time - Thanks!

This would make a great last minute meal. I usually don't plan meals on Saturdays until nearly supper time so this would be perfect.

Call it chicken broccoli casserole {Just a thought.

I'm sure this is a wonderful recipe, but I love the name more! You HAVE to have a sense of humor in the kitchen, or you'll be kicking the dog or cat out the window!
