How to make it

  • Drain juice from apricot halves
  • Place fruit and Grand Marnier in blender and blend until smooth
  • Spoon fruit puree and 3/4 cup yogurt in alternate spoonfuls into 4 tall glasses swirling together to give marbled effect
  • Lightly toast almonds and sprinkle on top!
