    Tony Chachere’s Cajun Country Cookbook is a classic Cajun cookbook found in thousands of homes in Louisiana. A Cajun just isn’t a true Cajun cook without Tony Chachere’s Cajun Country Cookbook.
    Tony Chachere is from Opelousas, Louisiana, which is about 300 miles from Carthage Mississippi.

    This isn't Creole seasoning mix. Creole would never have Chili powder in it. and certainly no MSG. And Creole wouldn't have that much red pepper. This recipe needs to be renamed.
