Thai Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

Black coffee (enough for 4 servings)

2 tsp ground cardamom

4 tbs sugar

4tbs heavy cream

1tsp almond flavoring (some people use 1tsp coriander)

Ice

Directions

Mix cardamom with coffee grounds, and brew as normal

After brewing is done, dissolve sugar, and add almond extract

mix well and let cool

after coffee has cooled off, pour in tall glass

mix 1 tbs of cream per glass

serve over ice

You can also use whipped cream. To get the cream to float, place tbs flat on coffee, place whipped cream on spoon, and slowly remove spoon.
