Thai Coffee

I had this coffee in a Thai restaurant, and It is so delicious. I found this recipe online, and I love it. The best cup of coffee you'll ever have. :D
Ingredients
- black coffee (enough for 4 servings) shopping list
- 2 tsp ground cardamom shopping list
- 4 tbs sugar shopping list
- 4tbs heavy cream shopping list
- 1tsp almond flavoring (some people use 1tsp coriander) shopping list
- ice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cardamom with coffee grounds, and brew as normal
- After brewing is done, dissolve sugar, and add almond extract
- mix well and let cool
- after coffee has cooled off, pour in tall glass
- mix 1 tbs of cream per glass
- serve over ice
- You can also use whipped cream. To get the cream to float, place tbs flat on coffee, place whipped cream on spoon, and slowly remove spoon.
