Colorful Cream Sauce

- 2 T oil shopping list
- 1 large onion, diced shopping list
- 1 large green pepper, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry vermouth shopping list
- 1/2 t dill weed shopping list
- 1/8 t nutmeg shopping list
- 1/8 t allspice shopping list
- 1 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 1/4 t pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3/4 cup tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and green pepper in oil until just befor browning
- Add vermouth and cook over high heat until reduced to 2-3 T
- Add seasonings and heavy cream
- Bring to a boil and cook about 3 min. or until slightly thickened
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and tomato
