Another family favorite. My family loves potatoes and these are truely one of their favorites.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded italian 5 cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 2 pounds red bliss potatoes quartered
  • 1 TB chpd. parsley

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dressing cheese and bacon bits toss add potatoes and toss.
  2. Spoon into greased baking dish 13x9 inch cover with foil
  3. Bake 40 min remove foil and bke 10 more min. or until potatoes are done. Sprinkle with parsley.
