This great marinade for steak allows you to have a wonderful flavor for your steak, while still preparing it the way you love.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/3 cups sherry
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

Directions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, sherry, ginger, honey, and vegetable oil. Before grilling steaks, be sure to marinate for at least 4 hours.
