How to make it

  • Line a baking pan with foil and spray with Pam nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients together and make into patties.
  • Place patties on baking pan and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • You can eat these as a sandwich or a main meal with a salad or some fresh steamed broccoli. Feel free to add more chopped onions or mushrooms.

    I cooked these turkey burgers for my two very picky daughters and they loved them! I didn't have any liquid smoke, but they still turned out great!

    mmmm, sounds really good! I have gotten to where i actually prefer ground turkey or chicken over ground beef in most things with sauce. I havent tried making burgers before, these sound great!
