Healthy Souped Up Turkey Burgers Recipe
Look out all you burger eaters out there. These burgers can be baked or broiled. Smother it with some sauteed vidalia onions. Yummy

Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Mushroom soup mix
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium teriyaki sauce
  • Cavenders salt-free seasoning to taste

Directions
  1. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with Pam nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and make into patties.
  3. Place patties on baking pan and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. You can eat these as a sandwich or a main meal with a salad or some fresh steamed broccoli. Feel free to add more chopped onions or mushrooms.

Mmmm, sounds really good! I have gotten to where i actually prefer ground turkey or chicken over ground beef in most things with sauce. I havent tried making burgers before, these sound great!

I cooked these turkey burgers for my two very picky daughters and they loved them! I didn't have any liquid smoke, but they still turned out great!
