Fresh tarragon adds a perky licorice flavor to these frozen peas and pearl onions.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs margarine or butter
  • 1 bag(16 oz.) frozen pearl onions
  • 1/4tsp. pepper
  • 1Tbs chopped fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1 bag(16 oz) frozen peas

Directions
  1. In 12" nonstick skillet,heat margarine on med-high until melted. Add onions and cook 6 to 7 mins. or until browned. Add peas,water,salt and pepper. Cover and cook 3 to 4 mins. longer or until onion and peas are tender. Stir in tarragon and spoon into serving bowl
