Italian Breaded Chicken Recipe

This is a simple way to make a great italian chicken dish that many will enjoy. I hope you like it!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken breasts (package of 4-5)
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Rinse chicken breasts using cold water. Slice each breast into approx. 1” thick strips. Combine milk, egg, and salt into a bowl and beat for 30 seconds. Place Italian breadcrumbs into another bowl. Dip each chicken strip one-by-one into the milk, egg, and salt mixture, and then roll chicken strip in the bowl of Italian breadcrumbs to coat. Place breaded chicken strips into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake approx. 30 minutes (time will vary depending on thickness of chicken breasts). I like to serve this with either baked sweet potato or asparagus.
