How to make it

  • In a large skillet, fry beef cubes and onions in oil. I use extra virgin olive oil.
  • When beef is browned and onions are cooked (I like my onions with a little "crunch" to them), drain most of the oil.
  • Add soup and mix til blended.
  • Add potatoes and mushrooms.
  • If gravy is thick, add liquid from mushrooms a little at a time.
  • Place the frozen package of broccoli on top of the mixture in the skiller.
  • Cover and cook til broccoli is cooked through, breaking up the stalks as they cook. About 10-15 minutes.
  • Stir everything in the skillet well.
