Italian Meat Stromboli

- 1 lb pizza dough, thawed if frozen shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 4 slices mortadella shopping list
- 8 slices salami, ( I use Genoa) shopping list
- 8 slices cappicola shopping list
- roasted red pepper shopping list
- Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 egg, lightly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Cut dough into quarters
- On a floured surface, roll out dough into 10 inch rounds
- Assemble by adding cheeses and meat, then peppers
- Sprinkle with dressing
- Roll up dough round, tucking in ends and pinch edges to seal
- Brush lightly with egg wash
- Cut 3 steam vents in each roll
- Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart and bake for 30 minutes
