Ingredients
  • 1 lb pizza dough, thawed if frozen
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 slices mortadella
  • 8 slices salami, ( I use Genoa)
  • 8 slices cappicola
  • Roasted red pepper
  • Italian dressing
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cut dough into quarters
  3. On a floured surface, roll out dough into 10 inch rounds
  4. Assemble by adding cheeses and meat, then peppers
  5. Sprinkle with dressing
  6. Roll up dough round, tucking in ends and pinch edges to seal
  7. Brush lightly with egg wash
  8. Cut 3 steam vents in each roll
  9. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart and bake for 30 minutes
