Love this spicy comfort food white chili.

Ingredients
  • CHILI:
  • 4-6 Chicken Breasts Cooked & Shredded (I've also used browned ground chicken)
  • 1 lb. Great Northern White Beans, (Cooked)
  • 6 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced (more if you like)
  • 2 Medium Onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (more if you like)
  • 2 - 4 oz. Cans Green Chiles (prefer Hatch chilis)
  • 2 tsp. ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp. Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. ground Cloves
  • GARNISH:
  • shredded chedder or mexican cheese
  • sour cream

Directions
  1. In large stock pot, sauté onions and garlic in oil until tender.
  2. Combine all ingredients in stock pot and simmer for 1 - 2 hrs..
  3. Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.
