How to make it
- In a large pot put the corned beef.
- Add all the ingredients, then cover with COLD water.
- Put the lid on and bring to the boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer 1 hour for every 1kg.
- Slice and rest in the liquid for 10 minutes with the heat off befor serving.
- *best served with white sauce (you'll find this in my other recipes), green beans, new potatos and broccoli.*
