Chicken Ceasar Salad Recipe
This recipe uses alot of already bought product, therefore is quick and simple to put together (sorry i am just a begginer) You can also add this recipe when complete into tortilla wraps to make handy snacks!

Ingredients
  • CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD
  • 8 pieces of crumbed chicken
  • 4 strips of middle bacon
  • 1 cos lettuce
  • 1 iceburg lettuce (two lettuces are optional to buy already packaged)
  • 1 bottle (your choice) ceasar dressing - i like to use kraft
  • 125g parmisan cheese grated/shredded (if you do not like parmisan substitue for your favourite cheese)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Directions
  1. Boil eggs and put aside to cool
  2. Cook bacon and allow to cool
  3. Chop the two lettuces into strips and place in a large bowl
  4. Chop egg and bacon into chunks and add to bowl with cheese
  5. Toss salad make sure it is mixed well
  6. Fry crumbed chicken until crumbs are golden and brown
  7. Dish out salad onto 4 plates
  8. Pour dressing lightly over salad
  9. Chop chicken into even strips and place approx.2 whole chicken pieces on each plate on top of salad and serve.
