Another apple cake

if you really take lots of time beating all the ingredients, you'll be awarded with a really fluffy, light, wonderful texture. and do NOT SKIMP ON THE BUTTER!
Ingredients
- 200 gr butter shopping list
- 200 gr sugar shopping list
- 200 gr flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar shopping list
- grated lemon rind from 1 lemon shopping list
- butter and fresh bread crumbs for the cake pan shopping list
- 6 large apples (should be more then a pound) shopping list
- 3 TBSP sugar shopping list
- sunflower seeds shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 200 °CENTIGRADE
- have butter at room temperature
- beat butter and sugar until all sugar is dissolved and
- butter is 'foamy'-fluffy
- add eggs one by one,
- beating continuously
- until you have a creamy substance
- now add flour, baking power and lemon rind quickly
- grease cake pan with butter and sprinkle in bread crumbs, making sure sides are coated, too
- upturn cake pan so get rid of excess crumbs
- fill in dough, use bowl scraper to even out top
- by some miracle, you are done with peeling coring and
- quartering apples
- which you'll place on the dough,
- trying to make a nice pattern
- sprinkle with sugar and sunflower seeds
- bake FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR
- my guest like toeat this not quite cold,
- i beat cream with some sugar and some apple brandy. hmmmm. sinful!
