Overnight Breakfast Casserole

- 6 eggs slightly beaten (plus an extra 2 maybe, eyeball it) shopping list
- 6 bread slices, torn into pieces shopping list
- 1lb sausage browned & drained shopping list
- 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper, diced shopping list
- 1/2 orange pepper, diced shopping list
- 1/2 small sweet onion, diced shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 2 Cups milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate over night.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until the eggs aren't runny and are set.
- Might want to cover the last 1/2 hour with foil, to keep it from getting too brown.
