Caramel Pecan Brownie Hearts

This is an easy dessert one that could make just about any heart melt - with the great sweet taste of caramel a little pecan and a whole lot of chocolate....enjoy -
Ingredients
- 21 oz brownie mix (one that uses water,eggs and oil) shopping list
- 14 ozs caramels shopping list
- 3 tbsps whippping cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom and sides of an 8" square pan with foil. Make brownies according directions. When baked cool for 1 hr.
- Using foil to lift, remove brownie from pan. Remove foil. With 3 " heart shaped cookie cutter cut 6 brownies (or as many as you can get)
- In medium microwaveable bowl, microwave caramels and whipping cream uncovered on high 1-3 minutes, stirring every minute until caramels are melted.
- Arrange brownies on a small serving plate, drizzle with caramel mixture, top with pecans.
- Serve with a doulpe of whip cream and sliced strawberry for a drop to your knees dessert.....enjoy!!!!
