Onion and Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil over medium high heat to hot but not smoking
  • Add onion and shallot and saute stirring until lightly browned
  • Reduce heat to low and cook until tender
  • Add spinach stir until just wilted
  • Let cool
  • Stir remaining ingredients into onion-spinach mixture
  • Chill for about an hour
