These cookies are so good you will want to eat the whole batch! They are nice and soft.

Ingredients
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 1/2 cups
  • 2 eggs
  • Sour Cream 1 cup
  • Flour 3 1/2 cups
  • Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Soda 1 tsp
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Salt pinch

Directions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar together
  2. Add the eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and mix well.
  3. Add the rest of the dry ingredients.
  4. Chill for 1 hour
  5. Roll out into your favorite shape.
  6. The dough is a bit sticky so I knead it with a bit more flour before I roll it out.
  7. Frost with your favorite frosting. I just mix butter, pwd sugar and milk together with a little vanilla or almond flavoring. YUM!
