How to make it

  • Line 12 cup muffin tin with muffin papers
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate until smooth
  • Remove from heat
  • Beat sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and Grand Marnier with hand mixer until thick ribbon falls when lifted from batter
  • Sift flour
  • Gently fold flour into batter folding over with rubber spatula
  • Fold in chocolate mixture
  • Cover and chill at least 1/2 hour (can be left in fridge as long as overnight)
  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Bake until tops are puffed and cracked, about 7 minutes
  • Toothpick inserted into center should come out with batter attached
  • Top with whipped cream

    Recipe calls for beating the sugar, etc. but the list of ingredients doesn't include sugar at all....!!!!
