Teriyaki finger steaks

- 2 pounds boneless sirlon steak shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 tea. ground ginger shopping list
- 1/8 tea. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Slice steak lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips
- Place in large glass bowl
- Combine all remaining ingredients : pour over meat and toss gently
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- Drain
- Loosely thread meat strips onto skewers
- Grill over hot coals until desired doneness
- Enjoy!!!!
