How to make it

  • Wisk all ingredients together in a bowl. You can mellow the hotness by adding more rice vinegar if you want.
  • Chill to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve with any sort of Spring Roll. I recommend my Vietnamese Spring Rolls">Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls.
