This is 100% my own creation. I had a red sweet hot dipping sauce which my EX-MIL made and served with Lumpia. I have no idea what the ingredients were so I experimented and came up with this. I LIke it BETTER! Goes great with my .... More

Ingredients
- 1 cup Hot Red Pepper Jelly
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Spiced Rice Vinegar
Directions
- Wisk all ingredients together in a bowl. You can mellow the hotness by adding more rice vinegar if you want.
- Chill to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with any sort of Spring Roll. I recommend my Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls.
