How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat,Melt butter then add flour,salt,pepper,and mustard. Stir until smooth.
  • Add milk. Slowly bring to a boil stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in parmesean cheese,cheddar cheese and velveeta. Stir until well combined and cheeses are melted.
  • Add macaroni and stir until well coated.
  • Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes until or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
  • Suggestion:
  • Mix 1/2 cup chopped bacon with 1 cup cheddar for topping.
