Ingredients

3 cups of Bisquick

1 pound of pork sausage, crumbled

1 pound of sharp cheddar cheese, grated (or any cheese you prefer)

1 7 ounce can of green chiles, chopped

1/4 cup of milk as needed to moisten

Directions

Mix well. Shape into balls and bake at 375 degrees for

12 to 15 minutes.

Makes abour 5 dozen.
