Pitachio Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

- 16 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 (8.5 oz) jar pesto shopping list
- 1 (8.5 oz) jar sundried tomatoes, julienne cut, drain well shopping list
- 1/2 (9oz) tomato spread shopping list
- 1 cup of pistachio Kernels chopped. shopping list
How to make it
- On plastic wrap spread half of cream cheese into a rectangle shape about 1/4 inch thick
- Cover with plastic wrap and repeat with remaining cream cheese
- Fridge untill chilled, @ least 2 hrs.
- Place 1 layer of cream cheese on a serving plate
- Distribute the tomato Spread evenly on top to edges
- Spread half of pesto overe the spread.
- Place second layer of cream cheese on top
- Spread remaining pesto evenly over cheese
- Top with tomatoes and half of Pistachios.
- Loosely press remaining Pistachios around the sides.
- Serve with crackers.
