How to make it

  • On plastic wrap spread half of cream cheese into a rectangle shape about 1/4 inch thick
  • Cover with plastic wrap and repeat with remaining cream cheese
  • Fridge untill chilled, @ least 2 hrs.
  • Place 1 layer of cream cheese on a serving plate
  • Distribute the tomato Spread evenly on top to edges
  • Spread half of pesto overe the spread.
  • Place second layer of cream cheese on top
  • Spread remaining pesto evenly over cheese
  • Top with tomatoes and half of Pistachios.
  • Loosely press remaining Pistachios around the sides.
  • Serve with crackers.
