From lablover47 16 years agoIngredients

- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
How to make it

- Dip fish in milk; coat with flour. Dip again in milk, then in crumb mixture to coat all sides.
- Place fish on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 450-degree oven for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness, until coating is golden brown and fish flakes when tested with a fork.
