spinach feta chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, spinach, feta cheese, and garlic until well blended. Set aside.
  • Carefully butterfly chicken breasts, making sure not to cut all the way through. Spoon spinach mixture into chicken breasts. Wrap each with a piece of bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink.

    This is the reason i joined group recipes...I have used this recipe many times and omg.....its so yummy. My family loves it all of them and that in itself is a mericle. so simple and full of flavor.

    I have been sssoo Burnt out on all my chicken recipes, So i decided to try a new one! OMG Sooo good, Hubby and the kids loved it too!! I added a lil extra garlic...you can never have too much, but besides that i followed the recipe to a T! I will make this again soon!!!
