Meatloaf Of Rockingham Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 small onion chopped

2 tabls. chopped bell pepper

1/2 tsp. blackpepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. brown sugar

1/2 cup tomato ketchup

1 egg

5 slices bread (any kind)

Directions

large mixing bowl combine every thing. With both hands squeeze, mash, press until all bread is mixed so good you can not see it. save 1/4 cup ketchup... place loaf in baking dish and form . (350 degrees) cook in oven for 30 to 40 min. remove spread remaining ketchup on top cook for 10 to 15 more min. remove let rest , slice and serve.

I think this is just how I used to make meatloaf many years ago. Just goes to prove when it's good it stays good -- and enjoyed.
