Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat 3 T. broth. Add chicken, cook over medium heat until no pink remains 3-5 minutes. Remove chicken, set aside.
  • Add garlic, carrots and celery and broccoli to pan, cook 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender - not too long! Add chicken back to pan.
  • Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and remaining broth, whisk until smooth.
  • Add liquid to skillet with chicken and vegetables. Stir until sauce thickens.
  • Spoon over rice, sprinkle w/ cashews just before serving.

Made again to directions. Tastes a lot like chicken lo-mein without the water chestnuts and crunchy noodles.

Made this yesterday. Didn't go exactly by the destructions. My squash and zukes were suspect of having an off taste, after defrost.

Made a chicken boullion and tomato based rice soup and added the stir fry minus the vegetables. Added the corn starch liquid to thicken up the soup wonderfully.

Also added a half cup of brown sugar.

I need to make this again according to directions proper. Think it will turn out very good.
