Ingredients
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1-2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions
  1. Stir sugar into vinegar until dissolved
  2. Divide melon into 4 dessert dishes
  3. Drizzle vinegar over fruit
  4. Sprinkle with black pepper
