a decadent chocolatey "molten on the bottom " cake ....soo YUM (also eggless)
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup melted butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- hot water shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- in a large bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, melted butter, vanilla, and milk.
- pour into a pyrex pan and bake for 20 minutes
- while it is in the oven, prepare the syrup.
- SYRUP
- in a liquid measuring cup, put the brown sugar in, then pour over it the hot water. fill until the 1 cup line. mix well.
- after the 20 minutes, take the cake out of the oven and pour the syrup on top of it.
- bake for another 20 minutes.
